What is a reasonable price for a 1998 Ford Windstar?
What a difficult question! There are so many variables to take into consideration it seems endless. First you must have “your definition” of REASONABLE. Are you rich or poor. Reasonable to me is too much to you and visa versa. All that aside; the “Blue Book” value, along with others research books of that type would be the logical place to start. There are Windstars for sale on eBay. They are in the newspaper classified ads and also in the throw away ad papers everywhere. Go to Google and type in “Windstar Problems”. Read a whole lot and you may learn there are problems you should be aware of. I personally own a 1998 Windstar and had 188,000 miles of good driving but now have had the headgasket blow out, water has entered the cylinders and now have a $5,000 problem. When they are good, they are good, when they are bad, they are expensive; not reasonable.
