What is a “rare” wave and where can I find / fight one?

Every Rare Wave has been different in the wars. Lucky War 2011 required you to complete a specific quest. Hidden Blades required you to find a hiding place for a BoA piece (Only 10 were “given out” in total). The current Final Sepulchure Friday 13th requires you to fight a wave with only one, special monster. After you finished said wave you will get one rare wave added to your war wave counter.
