A quality assurance manual is a document or set of documents that contain the full picture of the facility s quality assurance program. Upon adoption, registrants of any diagnostic medical x-ray equipment used in the healing arts will be required to develop and continuously implement a quality assurance program that includes a quality assurance program manual.
