The purpose of the online support and help desk is to offer you assistance in solving the technical problems that might be encountered when logging into the Statistics Canada electronic collection portal or completing the electronic questionnaire. In cases where the technical problems have not been fully resolved, you will also have an opportunity to request assistance from Statistics Canada. Your request as well as all information provided, will remain confidential and protected under Article 17 of the Statistics Act.
