What is a purpose of Evaluation Form?
The purpose of this feedback form is to obtain your opinion and comments about the electronic data reporting method at Statistics Canada. Your responses are protected by the Statistics Act. Under article 17, all information provided will be kept confidential. Although your participation is voluntary, Statistics Canada would greatly appreciate your help in evaluating this new reporting method. By learning from you, this will assist us in being more responsive to your needs and offer you the best quality of service possible.
