What is a PRR?
PRR stands for Problem Resolution Report. The idea behind the PRR is to assign a specific person or team to resolve a problem. More than likely, this problem will manifest itself several times in several different incident reports. With a PRR you have the ability to assign multiple incident reports to a single PRR. This allows for the engineers to resolve the problem once instead of running after every incident.
