What is a Proxy and how can it be configured in Customer Connect?
A proxy server is an intermediate tool between the user system and the Internet. It can be used to register Internet usage and to block access to a web page. It can be configurated within the Internet Explorer under “Tools / Internet Options”, “connections”. Enter “Network configurations” where you can find the Proxy configuration and enter its address and the gate.
