All Johns Hopkins affiliates have a protected alias assigned to them. If you are using GroupWise or JHEM, the routing information to this protected alias cannot be changed. If you need to have the routing information changed because you are changing email systems (departmental change or personal account change), please contact the Help Desk to assist with this.
