What is a property inspection?
A property inspection, whether residential or commercial, is an objective and limited visual examination of the physical structure and mechanical/electrical systems of a home, from roof to foundation. The same as going to your doctor for a medical checkup, you would not do this for yourself. You would hire a professional. A property inspection is the equivalent of a physical examination from your doctor. When problems or symptoms of problems are found, the inspector may recommend further evaluation or suggestions to correct.
