Interlog USA, Inc. is not a trucking company or carrier. Rather we are a licensed property broker. Our job is to match your shipments with suitable carriers rather than actually transport product. For this we receive a fee. This fee is added to the carrier’s freight charges and included in our invoice to our customers. We work hard at our job. Every day we are in constant contact with thousands and thousands of carriers looking for just the right carrier we can ask to handle your freight. Once we find that perfect carrier we then investigate them to ensure they are a solid and reputable company, not some fly-by-night outfit. Because we expend a great deal of effort in putting shippers and carriers together, we are entitled to compensation from our customers. Our carriers are prohibited from either directly or indirectly soliciting business away from any Interlog customer. They have agreed to an injunction and to monetary damages should they violate this provision. We ask that our custo
