What is a proctored final exam?
Throughout a student’s program of study, the final exams from select courses will be proctored. Proctored final exams are used both to finalize credit and to assess mastery of the subject matter presented in the course. This is a comprehensive exam covering all of the material from the given course. The proctored final exams for all courses at Grantham are open book and open notes. This exam is weighted in your overall course grade according to the syllabus. The University uses Acxiom’s identity verification system for its proctored exams. The Acxiom interface is built right into our learning management system. With the Acxiom interface, you will answer a series of short, identity-verifying questions before taking a test or other assessment.
