What is a proctor and why do I need one?
The form needs to be submitted by the second week of class. You and your proctor will receive an email once the application has been approved. Once you have the Proctor Application form on file, there will be no need to submit another form unless you change proctors. A student can only have one proctor at any given time. The proctor will receive passwords for the online tests by email from your instructors. We do not send out the passwords.
