What is a prescription drug formulary and does PartnershipAdvantage (HMO SNP) have one?
Yes. PartnershipAdvantage (HMO SNP) does have a prescription drug formulary. A formulary is a list of preferred drugs selected to meet patient needs. PartnershipAdvantage (HMO SNP) may periodically make changes to the formulary. All members affected by changes to the formulary will be notified in writing before the change is made.
