What is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Network?
These are hospitals and surgery centers throughout the state that provide a discount for their services to make insurance more affordable for you and your family. They accept lower payments for each hospital or surgery center service or inpatient stay. Montana HealthLink PPO is an innovative health care partnership developed by us and our Preferred Hospital Providers to offer health care services at lower premiums. When members use the Preferred Hospital Providers for hospital services, they will get lower BCBSMT rates in return. Currently, all hospitals in Montana participate in our network.
