A predelivery inspection is an inspection of your home with a Tridel Customer Service Representative, at which time all outstanding deficiencies and incomplete items, if any, will be noted on the Tarion’s Certificate of Completion and Possession. At this time, Tridel’s customer service representative will also demonstrate the functions of your home’s features (security system, exhaust fans, water shut-off, electrical breaker panel, etc.) as well as the features of the building itself.
