A Pre-Scheduled Appointment is a one to one appointment between a buyer and an exhibitor. Each buyer must make 10 preferences per day of attendance, in order of priority. Approximately 4 weeks prior to EIBTM, our system will match a minimum of six of your preferences per day of attendance with exhibitor availability. Your itinerary will be shown in your Hosted Buyer Zone.
