What is a Practical Training Workshop?

0

Industry Forum has developed the Practical Training Workshop to provide a rapid, practical training activity to provide staff with both the knowledge and the invaluable practical experience of implementing process improvement tools. The activity takes place over four days during which delegates will use the tools to run and improve a real manufacturing environment involving a wide variety of process types. In addition the Industry Forum Engineer will discuss the tools in the context of the delegates normal working environment to support the learning. As they gain experience of the tools, delegates will identify how they can then apply the techniques within their own workplace, leading to the development of an implementation plan.
