A PowerLink is a technical feature of Blackboard that allows outside applications to be integrated within the Blackboard Vista application. For example: Elluminate will be available as a powerlink within Blackboard Vista. This means that students and faculty will be able to Alamo Access the Elluminate application within the actual Blackboard Vista course as if it were just another course tool.
