What is a Power Pool set?
Your character’s signature powers come from his or her Primary and Secondary Power Sets. Powers in these sets become available to you over time, starting with just a couple at the beginning. In addition to these two power sets, you have the option of choosing more power sets from the Power Pool. At certain levels you may choose a new Power Pool Set and a power within it. After you’ve chosen a Power Pool Set, it is available to you forever; its powers open up over time (like the primary and secondary ones do). If you decide not to choose a new Power Pool Set at these exact levels, you don’t lose your chance. You will be able to redeem your Power Pool Set anytime after (assuming that you would normally be granted a new power during that training anyway). When you train up and are allowed to choose a new Power (but not a new Power Pool Set), you may choose from any available power in your Primary, Secondary, or previously chosen Power Pools Sets.
