Since it is impractical to include everything you own in your Will or Living Trust, account or name, the Pour-Over Will simply directs your named Executor to “pour over” any asset which you failed to include in your Will or Trust, into your Will or Trust, for distribution under its terms. Regardless of whether you choose to have a Will or a Living Trust, a Pour-Over Will is highly recommended.
