What is a Post Frame building?

0

A building that derives its strength from a series of Posts, Poles, or Columns usually embedded into the ground at specified On Center spacings. These Posts, Poles, or Columns then hold up the roof system, usually trusses. Additional supports are added to the sidewalls (Girts) and roof (Purlins) which allows the Steel siding and roofing to be attached.
