2003 Nov – Dec Task Force works – produces initial report for initial review (perhaps for a subset of the issues) – opens the possibility of some environment modifications during January 2004. 2004 Jan – Feb Task Force continues work concurrent with expanding campus review of initial design 2004 Mar – Apr Report and campus review complete, including any additions, modifications, or revisions resulting from review.
