Previous studies have identified the Forks Site as being the most suitable dam location situated on the Milk River approximately 25 kilometres west of the town of Milk River. Previous investigations at this site will be re-evaluated to reflect current design standards and environmental and economic costs. Off-stream storage alternatives will also be examined in this study.
