What is a pokemon modifier?
A Pokemon Modifier is an Action Replay code that can make ANY Pokemon appear from the the past in the wild. You can make Pokemon from the entire old regions from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and the current region Sinnoh region make any Pokemon appear in the grass, caves, tunnels e.t.c. An example might be like you can encounter a wild Dialga on route 203 in the grass at lv 2 as an example.
