How much support does each Pioneer receive per month? Monthly support levels are determined jointly by Global Church Planters and our Partners. Several factors are considered, including average wages in the region and expenses associated with starting a church in that particular location. In an effort to encourage Pioneers to become autonomous, their support is decreased over a one to three year period.
