What is a PIN code and how do I use it?
A PIN code is a unique identifying series of numbers/letters that indicates an individual has prepaid for one or more courses. Most commonly, someone in your organization may have a series of PIN codes which they can distribute to others in their organization in order to give them access to a CharityVillage® Campus course. If you use a PIN code to select a course, you do not have to pay for it. It’s already been paid for either by you or the individual who has given it to you. How to sign up for a course using a PIN code: 1. Login to your CharityVillage.com® account. If you do not have an account, click here to create your CharityVillage.com® account. 2. Go to My Desk and select the Courses tab. 3. On the left hand side of your screen, you’ll see a blue box with an option to either Buy a course or Redeem a PIN code. Select Redeem a PIN code.
