What is a pilot project and why it is necessary?
We believe that a pilot project is a critical component of any large project. During the “pilot phase,” we work closely with the client to determine whether the team understands the parameters of the project and has the necessary training to take the project forward. We also use the pilot to create and implement protocols and processes that will take us through the project to completion. During the pilot, we can also identify team members who are both exceptionally qualified (and thus will rise to a team leader position) and in need of further training.
