a physical exam is when a doctor checks to see how your body is doing physically like with the hearts reation to exercise and how your lungs react, basically to see if you can participate in a school sport usually. a stehtoscope is what a doctor will use to listen to your heart, it is cold because it is usually made of metal… and metal always feels cold.
