What is a petersons hernia and what are the symptoms?

I can’t seem to find online what a peterson’s hernia is and what symptoms accompany it. I had laproscopic RNY Gastric Bypass Surgery and heard this sometimes happens to people post op. My mom also had the surgery so we’re curious to what this is and what it does.
