What is a Personal Greeting?
When you activate RBS Secure during shopping, a pre-assigned personal greeting that RBS Secure had selected for you is displayed. When you pay online, always look for your personal greeting before you enter your SecureCode to ensure that you’re using the authentic RBS Secure service. After activating RBS Secure you receive an email message with a link. We recommend that you click on this link and create a new, truly personal greeting. Please note that your personal greeting must not be similar to your SecureCode.
