What is a Permanent Parenting Plan?
A Permanent Parenting Plan is a document that sets forth which parent will be named the primary residential parent. It also describes all residential sharing time between the parties, all health and medicinal issues, decision making authorities, child support and any other child related issues. These documents may be agreed upon by the parents or ordered by the Court.
