When using Paypal, this is a payment option that is available. An E-Check is usually created when a payment is sent from an unverified Paypal account when there isn’t enough funds in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal proceeds to contacting the bank to verify that the funds are available and this can cause a 3 or 4 day delay. The order will be processed only after the E-Check clears.
