What is a pay band adjustment and who gets one?
• Each pay band has a minimum and maximum level of pay. • A pay band adjustment is the increase or decrease to the minimum and/or maximum pay. • Pay band ranges are reviewed at least once a year, but adjustments may be made at any time. • New pay band ranges are effective the first full pay period in January. • Each pay band range can increase, decrease, or remain the same depending on market drivers (specific labor market, occupational, or other demands).
