The password reset question is used if you forget your password. It should be a question that only you can answer. If you forget your password, we will prompt you with your question. If you are able to answer the question correctly, we will reset your password for you and your new password will be emailed to you. I want to reset my password, but I can’t get to or don’t remember the email it’s being sent to! Request assistance with your account.
