What is a Pass Phrase and how is it different from my Internet Password?
Your Pass Phrase enables you to set up the Endicia software on your computer. It is required to connect the software on your computer with your online account. You must have this connection in order to print postage with your software. Your Internet Password enables you to log in to your Account Summary page at www.endicia.com. The Internet Password allows you to edit your account settings, including payment method, contact information, mailing address, and service plan, as well as generate account reports. The Pass Phrase and Internet Passowrd are separate in order to increase the security of your account.
