What is a Parlor Larp?
Parlor Larps are one-shot story games for 4-8 players. Each player immersively plays one character in a complete three hour story. All you need is a living room (or even a large dorm room), an evening, and a group of friends. There were eleven parlor larps published by Shifting Forest Storyworks, but they are currently out of print (as of summer 2006). The larps published are described below, including their classification by Shifting Forest’s system as shown on the right.
