What is a paper CCNA / CCNP?
A paper CCNA / CCNP is somebody that has passed the CCNA without ever touching a router or a switch and passed the CCNA without any hands-on experience, the problem is that when they go get a job and they are confronted with kit to configure as part of the interview (we do it at our day jobs when we interview new engineers) a paper CCNA / CCNP folds just like a piece of paper. All show no go!!! We make sure our students get real hands on with real break fix scenarios, this gives our students the skills to fault find / fix and understand networks.
