What is a Pager or Messaging Device?
Numeric and One-way Word equipment is generally referred to as “Pagers”. Two-way equipment is generally referred to as “Devices”. Both can be referred to as a Unit” or a “Device”. One-way paging service is generally referred to as Traditional Paging or simply “Paging”. Two-way service is referred to as “Messaging”. Both services can be referred to as “Wireless Messaging”.
