What is a PAC number? And how do I get one?
A PAC number is a port authorisation code number. It is required if you wish to transfer your number to another network. You obtain your PAC number by contacting your existing billing provider. They may ask you to confirm your request for a PAC number in writing. Once issued the PAC number is valid for 28 days after which time it will lapse.
