What is a Note?
A note is a bit of text and/or attachments that you add to any candidate in your JobScore account. People use notes for everything from tracking interview times to screening call logs, interview feedback, surveys or even salary information. We’ve made notes very flexible so you can put whatever you need in them.
A ‘Note’ is used to help you describe how you know this contact or any other vital information you may need. You can add the note immediately, or select a specific date and time in which you want the note to appear. Once you are finished, select save and the ‘Note’ will appear on your contact’s page.
Your eBoard is much like a classroom bulletin board with sticky notes attached to it. When you want to post information on your eBoard, you create a note, which visitors can open by clicking on the title of the note. Each note can contain text, web links, images, file attachments including video, presentations, documents and other file types, and an iNote online discussion.
