What is a Notary Signing Agent (NSA)?
A Notary Signing Agent is a certified professional that provides mobile loan signing services for title companies, allowing their clients more flexibility in meeting the demands of today’s hectic schedules. When clients are unavailable to schedule closings during normal business hours, or are unable to get to the title company location for any reason, an NSA can pick-up the loan documents, go to the client, complete the loan signing process, and get the documents where they need to go to begin the closing process. If you must cancel, please do so within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment. We will need to know when and where the signing will take place.
