What is a normal range for blood sugar?
Blood sugars can be weird at times and very much individual only because what you eat in the AM doesn’t show up on an accu check until the afternoon. I used to work 3-11 then 11-7 and this one person’s blood sugar would always be high in the afternoon at 4, so we would give her coverage with regular insulin, then I had to watch out about 1-2 AM because her sugar would begin to drop and if I waited by 6:30AM to take her Accu Check, as I did one time, by then she needed glucagon, a polypeptide hormone that has the property of increasing the concentration of the glucose in the the blood. It depends so much on what you eat and when you eat. Its too difficult with so few details to tell you. I used to take care of lots of diabetics as a nurse. I take it you know what to eat and what not to eat. If you exercise that burns up some energy or carbs.
