What is a Noodle Dance?
The Noodle Dance is a problem solving dance that the otters (and their friends) do to come up with a solution for the problem that plagues the characters in each episode. It is simply a way to make them take the time to stop and think (use their brains) about the situation at hand so they can attempt to solve the problem. They usually don’t come up with a very logical solution at first, but by working together they eventually come up with a solution! What is really funny about “The Noodle Dance” is that Peanut Otter always says, “I’ll use my noodle, but I won’t dance!” But the little “Noodle Dance” tune is so catchy that Peanut unconsciously begins to dance. Who is this show for? My children have been watching PB&J Otter for at least 2 years now. My daughter was 3 at the time and my son, well, he was only 8 months old, but it did catch his eye.
