Opposite to an exclusive agreement, in a non exclusive agreement, a property owner reserves the right of assigning his property to more than one real estate companies (Appavi.com and many more). Non exclusive agreements have no time restrictions, while the property owner is responsible for paying the commission to this company (only) that will finally sell or rent his property.
