What is a Non-Employee Contractual Agreement form and where can I find it?
This form should be used in formalizing arrangements for services for non-employees. An Agreement for Non-Employee Contractual Services would be required for speakers, lecturers, honorarium referees, etc. President’s Staff approval is required. Note: The University has to remit a 2% entertainment tax to the State of Missouri for all nonresident entertainers and for some speakers.
