In the price of a new home many builders and developers include a 3% commission to the representing real estate agent or broker (this real estate commission is already in the price you pay!). Seawinds Realty, Inc. returns up to 2% of the commission back to you the buyer. See some Sample Rebate Amounts. Be aware that if you do not have a real estate agent on record with the builder, the builder retains that money that was designated for a real estate agent and you will not get a rebate.
