What is a NEO e-mail account?
All admitted students are required to set up a NEO e-mail account through the Texas A&M University NEO server. Students will need to activate the account by using the assigned University Identification Number (UIN). Once activated, you will be able to receive valuable information, such as tuition billing, deadlines dates, and instructor contact with class information. This NEO ID will also be your login for course registration, tuition payments and checking degree status. As this email account will be the only email communication from the Department, it is very important that students make a habit of checking this e-mail account daily.
