What is a negotiated program outcome?
Negotiated program outcomes were established prior to the current FY2006-2010 funding cycle to allow ACLS to capture outcomes on a programmatic level relevant to health education, civic participation, family literacy, and workplace education. Negotiated program outcomes are no longer a component of the Countable Outcomes policy.
