What is a Naturally Aligned Employer?
This is an employer that is not part of the industry sub sector group of employers that the FIOSA – MIOSA Safety Alliance of BC normally provide services to but have received permission from WorkSafeBC to “naturally align” with the FIOSA – MIOSA Safety Alliance of BC and participate in the COR Program. Natural alignment of employers occurs when there is no COR Certifying Partner available to employers for their industry sub group.
