A. A Nanny Employment Contract is a legal contract between the Nanny and the client (family) who is the Nannys employer. The contract provides protection and affords fairness to both parties by clearly defining the conditions and remunerations of employment and can cover many things including; benefits, leave entitlements, phone use, work hours, wages, sick leave, duties, superannuation, length of employment and car use.
